Aliyah Sadehu  was born and raised in Israel till the age of fifteen when her family relocated to Hawaii. There she developed a strong love and appreciation for nature, healing, and the arts.  Yoga has been a fun practice from an early age and later in her life, Aliyah decided to become a professional yoga instructor.  She traveled to India, the birth place of yoga, to get her yoga teacher training certificate in Rishikesh, a small town by the foothils of the Himalayas. Her wonderful dedicated teacher had helped her understand the true meaning of Yoga (Union) in addition tothe physical practice.

Later Aliyah developed a style of her own through careful observation, trust, and dedication. She learned from numerous teachers around the world and gathered the best she could from every one of them.

Her practice is a beautiful mix of different yoga styles with a touch of Pilates.

"I let my body be my teacher and guide me through every move I make. I believe we contain all the information we need to reach our highest potential and healthiest state. Listen to your body, be aware and faithful to its needs."

“A master can tell you what he expects of you. A teacher, though, awakens your own expectations.”
